Employment Insurance Sick Benefits
You may be eligible for EI Sick Benefits. Eligible recipients may collect EI Sick Benefit for a maximum of 15 weeks. You need a minimum of 650 hours to be eligible. To apply for EI Sick Benefits you will need an EI Medical Report and your Record(s) of Employment.

Employment Insurance Compassionate Care Benefits
Your spouse and/or your family members may be eligible for Compassionate Care Benefits if your become terminally ill. Your family members can share EI Compassionate Care Benefits up to 6 weeks between all. To apply for EI Sick Benefits you will need a special EI Medical Report and your Record(s) of Employment.

Canada Pension Plan (CPP) Disability Benefits
