Download and fill out the form in our donation brochure below directly on your computer and email it back to us. Or click here to send us an email of your intention and phone number. We will contact you to take your information over the telephone.

Our on-line credit card donations are handled by the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation's secure website. Below is a list of areas where you can choose to direct your donation.
Click on your choice and your Internet browser will open up the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation website where you can follow the steps and enter your information.
