The Leukemia/BMT (LBMT) Program wants to identify ways to improve the care and treatments it provides. We want to hear the stories of patients and families so that we can learn how to support you more effectively in our inpatient and daycare/outpatient units. We particularly want to hear about ways you think the program could do better, or ideas for care or support that may ease your journey.
Who can participate?
Patients, family, friends, loved ones, caregivers: anyone involved with the LBMT program is welcome to complete the questionnaire. Your anonymous responses will be held in the strictest confidence. Completion of the questionnaire is voluntary and will in no way affect the care you receive.
