Understanding Your Blood

Being diagnosed with blood cancer and participating actively in one's care can involve learning a lot of new information. An important first step is to have a basic understanding of the components of blood and how the blood system is supposed to work. This introductory level talk will help people understand the blood system, feel comfortable asking questions and learn where and how to find any additional information specific to their own situation.

This event is open to those diagnosed with a blood cancer and their supporters.
